Administrative Officer

Ahmed joined the Yemen Policy Center in 2024 as an Administrative Officer after gaining over six years of experience in international/non-governmental organizations.

He has worked for a range of organizations, including Yemen’s Tamdeen Youth Foundation, Médecins Sans Frontiers, and Chemonics, as well as the World Health Organization. His expertise spans areas such as operations, administration, human resources, finance, procurement, logistics, and program management – although he has specialized in humanitarian operations as he lives in Taiz. His educational and professional accomplishments demonstrate his commitment to the communities he supports, where he focuses on efficiency, teamwork and the humanitarian values that guide the relief and development field.

Building on his 2014 English Literature degree. he expanded his knowledge by obtaining a diploma in Business Management and completing professional development courses in Operations Management, Project Management, and Planning.
